Need some help or advice quickly.

about two weeks ago, i bought 4 plants but two of them have grown stems about 18inch long over this period of time. it looks as though they will blossom into flowers, what do i do if this happens?

If you click on the full editor button below you will be able to add a picture either as an attachment or if you have a photobucket account you can use that by clicking on the upload options.

the tank is 15in high so i estimated the stems are about 18inch

Typical of Echinodorus species, yes they do flower, but also new plants can grow from these 'runners'

It's up to you, you can cut them off if you wish or leave them be.
