STRANGE BEHAVIOUR.

Postby jimpunker » Tue Oct 18, 2011 12:25 pm

Hi guys,

As some of you may know I recently put my goldfish, Florence in my cold water community tank.... Well I've now taken him out until I can clarify if this is unhealthy behaviour.

He seemed to start following my largest goldfish around the tank side by side and really wouldn't leave it alone. It even looked a little as if he was trying to bite the other fish.

Any suggestions? He did not display this behaviour with the two pearl danio he was in his small tank with.

I wouldnt have overly worried about it unless he was actually tearing the fins of the other fish, they are curious and I often think they are like small tots who have to get their nose into everything.

OK good to know. I wanted to move him as a precautionary measure. When I get back home 2mrw I shall move him back unless I hear a reason between now and then not to.
